There are very few aspects of RCM that we don’t provide. We work with the Charm Health EHR time utilising Biller Pro to address the full lifecycle.
Do you offer RCM services outside of healthcare?
Yes… but… we don’t profess to be expert in all industries and so please enquire with your thoughts and we’ll happily explore what we can provide.
What Book-keeping Systems do you use?
At Optimise Pro, we are proud to exclusively use QuickBooks Online as our bookkeeping system. With its user-friendly interface and extensive features, QuickBooks Online allows us to provide efficient and accurate financial management for your business. By focusing solely on this system, we improve efficiency and can deliver the highest level of expertise and support.
Can you help us set up QuickBooks?
We in fact prefer to do a fresh installation so that we understand your books intimately. We are happy to work with existing books too, of course. But yes, we can help.
Where do you operate?
